This line is a meme in Japan and it’s pretty much used whenever someone decides to use a flamethrower. The characters in Mr.Yokoyama’s Sangokushi(story of the Three Kingdoms) tend to emit such phrase when they are listening to information or others’ opinions.
Although one can find a lot of information on the Three Kingdoms easily in travel booklets and there are also large numbers of photos of the actual places being uploaded online, as one looks over the ruins or the sceneries of the mountains that carry unmistakable sense of China, one could definitely feel the magnificence of story.
That being said, the characters in the Three Kingdoms have unusually high chance of having correct precognitions.
